Vivid asks for your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when you register as a new student. Vivid's goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best customer service possible.

The primary purpose for the information we collect from you is to register you in our database so you can take courses, but also so we can contact you if a problem ever arises with the web site. Vivid may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, 50% of students in a particular course scored higher than 80%) in order to describe our services to prospective partners, investors, and other third parties. We use your contact information to send you up to date information about new courses, promotions, and new procedures to follow while on the Vivid web site. Other than circumstances, where in good faith we believe the law requires a disclosure of information; we do not use your personal information for any other purposes. Further, we do not provide or sell this information to third parties, other than our business partners if you have given us permission to do so.

This web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Vivid uses industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information.

You play a significant role in the security of your personal information. A breach of your privacy can occur if you reveal your username and password to others. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.
